so i broke my pinky on june 6. and i havent been able to ball but im able to shoot around. im trying to start air alert (plyometrics) but i am not nearly in shape to take it to that level. i hope to get in enough shape to start in a few weeks. im using this time to reshape my shot to make my release point higher and more fluid. i admit, my shot looked funny even though it went in. so i am going to get a more efficient and quicker shot. my dribble moves are a bit shotty because of the limited right hand use. my focus is to get in shape and get a better shot. 4 more weeks til my pinky is fixed!

is my supposed "training day" start. haha.
im going to be lifting as well as shooting around and beginning air alert.
my hopes are to get better at basketball become stronger and just get in really good shape.

my goals are to jump higher (touch the rim), be able to finish stronger, work my right hand, and be a threat in shooting all over the court.

trash talk
its awesome how some people that suck at ball talk the most trash. this guy called me a "bitch ass n****" for calling a foul. he came to ball in indoor soccer shoes and a soccer jersey. he scored 0 pts. loser.

I havent posted here in 2 years.
I guess I'm doing this just do to do it.
Basketball today was good. It's always good to get exercise cause I am not in the best shape.
My defensive game was alright but I could not get anything done on the offensive side of the court.
I should work on dribble moves and definitely my shot on and off the dribble. It would be great if I was taller too but I can deal. I want to get better. I've always wanted to since my freshman year. So it's time to start lifting and balling. I need to tighten up my grades too. So Ill be changing my habits right about.... now.
I have work soon so I gotta shower like now. Late
